What you will do:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities and autism to understand their needs.

  • Provide ongoing support and intervention to service users, ensuring their needs are met effectively and compassionately.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and other agencies to deliver integrated care.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism to promote inclusion and accessibility.
  • Ensure all documentation and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
