- Start Date: ASAP
- Working Hours: Full-time, 08:30-15:00 (Term-time only)
- Pay: £85-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
- Location: Wheatley
- Provide tailored behavioural and emotional support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assist in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours using a compassionate and proactive approach
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students in developing self-regulation, communication, and social skills
- Collaborate with teaching and support staff to implement individual support plans and behaviour strategies
- Monitor student progress and contribute to review meetings and reports as required
- Have previous experience working with children or young people - preferred but not essential
- Demonstrate resilience, patience, and a calm demeanour in high-pressure situations
- Be an enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be genuinely passionate about supporting children with additional needs, particularly those with Autism and behavioural challenges
