Joining Chatburn Pre-School Ltd, you will be joining a team of outstanding staff who are professional and passionate in providing a high level of childcare and customer service. You will need to be able to: be part of a team to ensure professional practice and service at all times; follow health and safety procedures. Be professional, well organised and passionate in your role; support your team and the Management in delivering goals and objectives. Chatburn Pre-School Ltd is committed to the education and the development of children, safeguarding and promoting their welfare. All staff are expected to be fully aware of and understand the duties and responsibilities arising from the Children Act 2004 and Working Together in relation to child protection and safeguarding.Requirements;
  • 4 days per week
  • Level 3 in Childcare
  • MUST be able to work the Thursday & Friday
  • Between 7.30am - 6.00pm
Main Duties
  • Liaise with Senior Management in the drawing up of long term, medium and daily curriculum plans which take into account the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • To liaise with Senior Management, Ofsted and other professionals as necessary.
  • To work with Senior Management and ensure that all staff, volunteers and resources are effectively managed.
  • To be aware of any special needs a child may have and to familiarise oneself with relevant play and learning plans.
  • To liaise with Senior Management in implementing systems of observation and record keeping so that children's progress and achievements are effectively assessed.
