Job Title: Deputy Manager- Children's Residential Location: Morecambe Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per year (including sleep night allowance) Hours: Two days on, four days off (including sleep nights). We're looking for a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team at a solo children's residential home in Morecambe. This unique service provides therapeutic, one-to-one care for a young person who may find group living difficult. It's a meaningful, rewarding role where your leadership and compassion can change lives. What You'll Do: Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations Lead, mentor and develop a small team of residential care staff Ensure high-quality, child-centred care and safeguarding Drive positive outcomes for the young person in your care Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and care standards What We Offer: At our organization, we invest in our people so they can be their best.
