A lovely family in Finchley, London, is seeking a Live-in Au Pair to help care for their toddler and school-aged child. The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic, and confident in carrying out all standard childcare duties. Support will be required with the morning routine, afternoon school pick-ups, and supervision until dinner, with occasional weekend assistance. A full driving licence is essential for this role. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, then 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, approximately 30 hours per weekAccommodation: Spare room with shared bathroomDuties include:
  • Collect the youngest child from the nursery
  • Assist with homework and provide learning support
  • Supervise and participate in after-school activities
  • Plan and prepare engaging recreational activities
  • Organise and supervise messy play sessions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy environment for the children
  • Engage the children in creative arts and crafts projects
  • Take the children to parks and playgrounds for outdoor play
  • Prepare supper and ensure the kitchen and dining area are tidied afterwards
