- Assist in on-boarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and resources.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the work space is fully equipped.
- Liaise with internal departments to support smooth communication and collaboration.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role within a professional setting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment.
- Experience in the technology and telecoms industry is advantageous but not required.
- Competitive salary in the range of £25,000 to £26,000, depending on experience.
