- Complete accurate documentation in line with internal and FCA requirements
- Appraise part-exchange vehicles and advertise stock promptly on digital platforms
- Keep all demonstrator and display cars clean, fuelled, and ready for test drives
- Conduct tailored product presentations and test drives that meet individual customer needs
- Follow up leads, maintain CRM records, and provide timely customer updates
- Work closely with marketing and aftersales teams to maximise sales opportunities
- Produce regular sales performance reports for management review
- Minimum 1 year of vehicle sales experience (or comparable B2C sales background)
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident communicator, able to handle showroom and telephone enquiries
- Strong admin ability with good IT skills
