  • Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to support learners in core subjects.

  • Working in collaboration with SEN and EAL teams to ensure tailored support for all learners.

Who We’re Looking For – Russell Group Graduate Teaching AssistantThis role is best suited to graduates who:
  • Hold a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group university in a core subject such as Maths, English, or Science.
  • Are academically strong, organised, and passionate about education.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
  • Have a genuine interest in teaching or working in the education sector.
  • Feel confident working with secondary-aged pupils and are eager to make a difference.
  • Have prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with young people (beneficial but not essential).
