We are seeking an experienced social worker to lead and manage a team of Family Workers.   • Oversee and line manage five Family Workers as they manage their Children in Need (CIN) cases within our locality teams.
  • Allocate cases in cooperation with Team Managers and provide weekly supervision to Family Workers.
  • Monitor and ensure quality assurance of assessments, plans, and records.
  • Offer oversight and support in escalating any risks to the Team Manager.
  • Join Family Workers on visits to observe and enhance practice.
