As our Senior QA Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our quality transformation—using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement across the EMEAA region. You’ll ensure we meet and exceed ISO 9001:2015 standards, manage our Quality Management System (QMS), and collaborate across sites and brands to create a consistent, world-class approach to quality.This is a regional role with influence across multiple business units, requiring strong problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for quality excellence.This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract operating a hybrid working model—ideal for an experienced professional looking to make a real impact in a defined period.What you are already great at
  • Turn data into action—analyse key Quality KPIs to identify trends and drive process improvements.
  • Report with impact—deliver monthly and quarterly updates on quality performance and achievements.
  • Ensure compliance—manage ISO 9001:2015 requirements, including internal audits and management reviews.
  • Foster collaboration—work with cross-functional teams to embed robust quality processes and procedures.
  • Champion best practices—develop and promote Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in manufacturing plants.
  • Align brands—standardise quality processes across different business units.
  • Lead non-conformance handling—design, maintain, and improve frameworks with a customer-first approach.
  • Drive root cause analysis—use A3 and 8D methodologies to develop corrective actions and lasting solutions.
  • Manage systems—oversee Quality Module implementation in MES, EFACS, E-QMS, and 3DX.
  • Lead CAPA processes—coordinate issue resolution and ensure corrective actions are communicated and completed.
  • Support regional projects—contribute expertise to EMEAA quality initiatives.
  • Train and develop—deliver engaging sessions on quality tools, standards, and best practices.
  • Promote continuous improvement—identify opportunities, lead initiatives, and measure outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience in ISO-compliant environments.
  • Track record of conducting internal audits and managing compliance systems.
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and Control Plans (certifications a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (EFACS desirable).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across functions and geographies.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualified internal or lead auditor status is an advantage.
