You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, leading on supplier frameworks, governance, and risk management – all while making a tangible impact on the way we operate now and in the future.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Supplier Relationship Specialist, you’ll be the key link between Anglian Water and our supplier partners – making sure relationships run smoothly, performance stays on track, and every partnership delivers value. You’ll have a proven track record of managing suppliers, contracts, and frameworks — with the confidence to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively.To succeed in this role, you’ll need:Strong knowledge of supplier management processes, frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs.Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and communicate clearly.Commercial management experience, including driving value from contracts and suppliers.Analytical skills to assess supplier performance, manage risk, and turn data into actionable insights.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to constructively challenge and make decisions.An understanding of supplier health & safety requirements and risk management practices.QualificationsEducated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.Demonstrable experience in supplier relationship management, contract management, and compliance.Experience of supplier performance assessment, renewals, and value optimisation.Awareness of the Utilities Contracts Regulations (2016) is desirable.Why Anglian Water?At Anglian Water, what you do really matters.
