- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs.
- Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician in the automotive industry.
- Possession of a UK driving license, with minimal points
- An eagerness to acquire and apply new skills to excel within our thriving dealership.
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles and promptly communicate any servicing needs and additional work identified while working on the vehicle to the Aftersales Manager.
- Ensure that all work adheres to MOT and/or manufacturers' safety standards.
- Precisely document all chargeable labor, components, and workshop consumables on the job card and strive to work within the Manufacturer's recommended repair times whenever feasible.
- Verbally and in writing, report on the overall condition of vehicles, with a strong emphasis on customer safety.
- Handle vehicles and their components with great care to prevent accidental damage during service or repair.
- Precisely document all hours worked and material usage on the job card and promptly return exchange parts to the parts department for proper crediting.
- Properly label warranty-removed parts and facilitate their swift processing by the warranty clerk for warranty claims.
- Up to £36,000 Basic
- Realistic OTE up to £48,000
