- Hours: 8:30am 3:30pm
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people in education
- Be confident in working with secondary-aged students
- Be a positive role model with strong communication skills
- Assist in managing behaviour and creating a safe, respectful learning environment
- Provide classroom support to teachers and help deliver targeted interventions
- Be flexible, patient, and able to work well as part of a team
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
- Experience working with young people or in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
- SEN experience is advantageous but not essential
- Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year (or willingness to complete)
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online Update Service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional, child-related references
- Free, accredited CPD courses including Safeguarding, Behaviour Management, and TA Essentials
- In-house Training and Development Team
- Ongoing support and opportunities for progression, including routes into teacher training
