- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across multiple sections- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times- Support in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events- Assist in managing junior kitchen staff and apprentices- Ensure prep is completed efficiently according to event briefs- Contribute to menu development with seasonal and innovative ideas- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and waste controlRequirements
