- Experience in residential property sales
- Well-presented and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Intelligent, articulate, and commercially aware
- Ambitious, driven, and highly motivated
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Local knowledge of Ottershaw / Chertsey and surrounding areas (preferred)
