
Front of House (FoH) Network Team Member

- Provide a professional front-of-house service, welcoming visitors, managing calls, emails, calendars, and access systems.
- Deliver excellent client and visitor experiences by supporting meetings, training room bookings, AV setup, and catering requirements.
- Maintain reception, communal areas, and office supplies to high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation.
- Monitor and manage Helpdesk requests, reporting and overseeing resolution of maintenance issues across sites.
- Support site operations, including manual handling, room setups, and relocation between Samsung sites when required.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, ISS procedures, confidentiality, and Health & Safety standards.
- Act as a designated First Aider and Fire Warden, supporting a safe working environment.
- Professional appearance with a positive, client-focused attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, teams, and changing priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
