ML70- Quantity Surveyor, M&E.Salary: £30,000- £40,000.Location: Reading.Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor, M&E on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:You will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a wide range of M&E quantity surveying services including:
Advise on services costs involved in building projects
Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals
Advice on contract arrangements and conditions
Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work
Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients
Skills and qualifications:
BSc in Quantity Surveying, similar level degree or vocational qualification (or equivalent)
