When not training, you'll carry out core Warehouse Operative duties - picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders using cutting-edge voice technology.What you'll do:
  • Once fully operational, you'll be the nominated trainer on your shift and support with training of new colleagues as they join the team
  • Pick & pack orders using voice-picking systems
  • Load vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Keep your area clean, safe, and organised
  • Work across chilled, ambient & frozen zones
  • Stay sharp on health & safety and quality standards
Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 10.5 hours between the hours of either days 06:00 -18:00 OR nights 18:00 - 06:00.Excellent opportunity to join a business with huge growth plansAre you looking for an exciting opportunity with a career path?A reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative who leads by example on the floor. Experience in FMCG or with MHE is a bonus - but not essential.
