- Manage and prioritize workload to ensure that assigned activities are completed effectively and on time.
- Understand, comply with and promote our client's strong quality and HSE culture.
- Extensive experience in a continuous production, environment or service industry.
- Management of a Global Service team.
- Knowledge of computers and applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Time, Resource and Budget Management experience
- Experience of managing complex Projects
- Experience of Managing Subcontract Resource
- Experience of Global Service Delivery
- Senior level Presentation & communication skills
- A sound understanding site safety, working at height, confined spaces, etc. RAMS
- Experience of working with Burners and thermal engineering preferred.
- Working knowledge of SCADA, PLC advantageous
- Working knowledge of air flow and fan systems preferable
