We’re building something new – and design plays a central role. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join a small, fast-moving squad at TransferRoom, working on one of our latest B2B SaaS products. But this isn’t a greenfield-only role: you’ll also help evolve and improve our existing products where there’s just as much value to unlock. This is a hands-on role – we’re looking for someone who’s sharp in Figma, loves solving complex problems, and wants to see real impact from their work. You’ll also use AI tools like Figma Make and Lovable to speed up exploration, prototyping and validation.What you’ll be doing:
  • Design from end to end – from discovery to detailed UI and delivery.
  • Work hands-on in Figma – exploring, prototyping and shipping high-quality design.
  • Improve existing products as well as help shape something new.
  • Use AI tools like Figma Make and Lovable to test and iterate faster.
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers and commercial teams.
  • Contribute to product direction with design thinking, not just UI polish.
  • Evolve and maintain our design system.
  • Share and grow design craft across the team.
Who you are:
  • Strong UX and UI skills – with a portfolio showing end-to-end product work.
  • Confidence working in Figma – quick, structured and precise.
  • Experience with SaaS and ideally data-rich or complex interfaces.
  • A pragmatic mindset – you know when to polish and when to move.
  • Curiosity about AI in design – not as a gimmick, but to boost outcomes.
  • A collaborative way of working – you listen, you challenge, you build.
