You’ll be working to help pupils thrive in their learning—whether that’s one-on-one, in small groups, or supporting the wider classroom.Experience with SEN is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker. What matters most is your energy, empathy, and enthusiasm. Maybe you’ve done youth work, sports coaching, or you’re studying psychology? If you know how to build rapport and motivate young people, you're halfway there.
