Head of Commercial Property - Cardiff - Full-time - From £100,000 + Bonus

• Lead and develop the Commercial Property team, including structure, standards, and strategy.
• Manage a caseload of complex, high-value commercial property transactions.
• Drive new business development and maintain key client relationships.
• Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
• Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
• Play an active role in shaping wider firm strategy at senior leadership level.

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
• Proven leadership skills and strong commercial acumen.
• Deep technical knowledge of commercial property law and transactions.
• A successful track record in team management, business growth, and client retention.
• Confident communicator with experience at board level.
• Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to departmental expansion.
