2. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure that project reporting deadlines are met, and project documents are updated accurately, stored on the relevant public/team folders and reflect accurate status ensuring clear understanding of progress for open/live projects.
3. Provision of reports to support the project management process, including status reports/updates to the customer
6. Schedule delivery resource in line with agreed plans for implementation and provide clear work instructions to those resources (internal or external 3rd parties) to facilitate smooth delivery and minimise revisits or additional internal costs
7. Escalation point for Level 2 Team Members, to provide guidance and direction to newer members of the team where needed.What we'd like to see on your CV
- Previous PMO experience is desirable.
- Able to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders (at peer level) to carry out the functions of the role. Maintain close liaison and strong relationships with key stakeholders in the operation of project delivery.
- Great attention to detail and willingness to work within a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Previous Document Management experience would be desirable.
- PlanView, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Microsoft Project skills also desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of Programme and Project Management, Service Management and Design (desirable).
- An externally recognised qualification, such as P3O, PRINCE2 or equivalent would be desirable.
