- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and handover documentation
- Experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Engineer in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building regulations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
