- Manage/lead preconstruction process, for assigned projects, including: budgeting, estimating, bidding, engineering etc.
- Receiving initial enquiry, preparing subcontractor tender packages and managing tender
- Involvement in Client pitch presentations
- Hand-over to delivery team
- Assessing and interpreting client brief
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
- Working with sub-contractors in order to cost the works
- Preparing specifications and estimating projects using Excel spreadsheet system
- Preparing technical documentation for presentations to prospective clients
- Formatting and managing pre-contract programmes
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all the procurement transactions.
- Comfortable winning work, pitching to clients
- Highly proficient in all IT packages
- Mathematical ability
- Good grammar and spelling skills
- Ability to time-manage work-loads to achieve deadlines.
- Precise eye for detail.
- Ability to work positively and productively under pressure.
- Good inter-personal communication skills, within office and with clients.
