- Provision of cervical cytology, childhood and adult immunisations, and travel vaccinations
- Supporting chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension)
- Promoting health education and self-care
- Providing travel health advice and immunisations
- Contributing to QOF, enhanced services, and practice development initiatives
- Work within the EMIS Web clinical system to record consultations, manage recalls, and contribute to clinical audits.
- Collaborate with GPs, pharmacists, practice nurses, HCAs and external services.
- Support the practice in meeting QOF, IIF, and other long-term condition targets.
- Provide ongoing education and lifestyle advice to empower patients in self-management.
- Support service development and audit quality improvement initiatives.
