Master Technician

- Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
- OTE: Up to £55,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
- Weekends: Optional, paid toward OTE
- Carrying out advanced fault diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket tools
- Repair and service vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
- Assist in leading technical workflow and mentoring junior staff when required
- Carry out EV/Hybrid servicing and ADAS calibration (training provided if needed)
- Maintain clear documentation and uphold safety standards
- Liaise with service advisors where necessary for customer communication
- Fully qualified at Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience in a senior or master technician role
- Confident with complex diagnostics and repair work
- Comfortable using live data, scopes, and dealer-level software
- EV/Hybrid training or qualifications advantageous
- Full UK driving licence required
- Basic salary from £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
- OTE up to £55,000 with paid weekend availability
- Monday to Friday schedule - no weekends required
