
Jira Productivity Analyst - remote

- Analyze engineering time logs in relation to Jira velocity (story points completed per sprint).
- Monitor effort versus delivery by comparing logged hours (via Timing, GitLab, and Jira) against actual output.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks across teams and products to improve efficiency.
- Generate weekly reports highlighting underperformance, overengineering, and velocity discrepancies.
- Maintain performance dashboards and configure alerts for detecting anomalies.
- Investigate incident logs and trace root causes back to specific engineering workflows.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence (BI), or engineering performance analysis roles.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, GitLab, Confluence, and time-tracking systems (e.g., Timing, Harvest).
- Strong command of SQL and experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Background in SaaS, Agile software development environments, or technology-focused FP&A is highly desirable.
