Come join us, and let's make change together.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Operations Program Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and building our L&D knowledge base for product and data operations. You will oversee the development and execution of strategic L&D programs and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our L&D offerings are efficient, scalable, and meet the evolving needs of the organization.Responsibilities
  • Learning & Development Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven L&D strategy and program aligned with product goals and user needs.
  • Knowledge Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to empower Product team-specific and cross-functional users.
  • Operational Performance: Monitor the health and performance of Product operations and data systems to troubleshoot issues
  • Curriculum and Content Creation: Design and develop engaging eLearning modules, knowledge base articles, and other training materials utilizing adult learning principles.
  • Tool Management: Manage and maintain eLearning platforms and knowledge base.
  • Data Training: Design and deliver a data training program to improve data literacy across teams.
  • Adoption Strategy: Collaborate across the Product team to develop and execute strategies that drive Product asset, data, and operational tool adoption across Product teams (e.g., Product Management, Product Marketing, User Experience).
  • Delivery & Evaluation: Deliver training sessions through various methods (e.g., webinars, workshops) and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Manage the process of continuous improvement within Product planning, operational process and routines across the Product and Technology teams to mature our processes for our customers and across the organization.
QualificationsRequired
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, and/or Learning & Development
  • Experience with designing and developing training materials for adult learners
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and the ability to translate complex information into actionable training
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Skilljar) and knowledge management platforms
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to learning
Preferred
  • Experience working in a product-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with our specific product or industry trends
  • Experience with customer onboarding and user adoption strategies
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other data tools
