We are seeking an experienced leader with a background in managing diverse teams at a senior level to join our leadership group. The Interim Modern Matron position is available to support some of the Adult Inpatient Wards and associated teams in Care Group 2 for up to 6 months.The role involves overseeing safe, high-quality care, governance, and performance to improve service user experience across the wards, as well as supporting our new inpatient clinical model to enhance service flow. This band 8a portfolio contributes to shaping, developing, and maintaining the mental health acute care pathway, aiming to ensure safe and effective clinical interventions and strengthen the integration between Crisis, Community, and Inpatient services.This is a fixed-term position.
