- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective students through calls, emails, social media, and digital platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to student enquiries, providing information about courses, admissions, funding, and career outcomes
- Identify students’ learning goals and career objectives to recommend suitable GlobalU programmes
- Clearly articulate GlobalU’s unique value, flexible learning model, and lifelong learning opportunities
- Address concerns and objections while providing tailored solutions
- Guide applicants through the full admissions process, including document collection and funding guidance
- Track applicant progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide high-quality pre-enrolment support and follow-up communications
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GlobalU programmes, admissions requirements, financial options, and learner support services
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and adult learner motivations
- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions using CRM tools
- Use CRM data to prioritise leads, track engagement, and identify pipeline opportunities
- Contribute to reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness
- Build strong, supportive relationships with prospective students
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Lead, and Student Success teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-enrolment
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing student insights
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in telesales, inside sales, or student recruitment—ideally in higher education or EdTech
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically and persuasively with a global student audience
- CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, tasks, and performance data
- Consultative Mindset: Ability to uncover goals and concerns, and propose tailored programme solutions
- Organisation: Able to manage follow-up cycles, application pipelines, and multiple priorities effectively
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable working with digital platforms, email tools, video conferencing, and scheduling tools
- Target Orientation: Motivated by targets and performance metrics, with a drive to meet and exceed enrolment goals
- Education Familiarity (Desirable): Understanding of online learning journeys, funding options, and flexible study models
