Job Title: Staff Nurse, Hospice at Home and Day HospiceBand: Band 5 (Agenda for Change) - £31,049 - £37,796 pro rata, depending on experienceHours: 22.5hrs per week (incl weekends and bank holiday working)Responsible to: Hospice at Home/Day Hospice Team LeaderAccountable to: Head of Clinical and Operational ServicesDepartment Base: The Shakespeare Hospice, Shottery, Stratford upon Avon CV37 9ULClosing date: 21/09/2025We have an exciting opportunity for a part time staff nurse to work within The Shakespeare Hospice Adult Community Services.As a staff nurse, you will be a core member of the multidisciplinary palliative care team. The role will involve working across our Hospice at Home and Day Hospice services covering South Warwickshire. Working in close collaboration with our other Hospice and community teams, the post holder will promote holistic, person centred care for patients, their families and those who require specialist palliative support.We provide care for patients with life limiting illnesses, also offering carer and bereavement support. Our staff nurses are key members of the team and are expected to work closely with the Team Leaders to maintain excellent standards and develop future service provision.
