You'll play a central role in delivering high-quality audit services to a wide range of clients, while also contributing to the strategic growth and direction of the business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of audits across a varied portfolio.
  • Review work of audit team members, offering mentorship and development support.
  • Review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage client relationships, offering solutions and maintaining exceptional service levels.
  • Be an active member of the firm's leadership team, contributing to new ideas and strategic initiatives.
  • Optional involvement in corporate and personal tax return reviews (tax experience not essential).
Who We're Looking ForOakensen is keen to meet someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, collaborative mindset.You'll need:
  • Proven audit experience to at least Senior Manager level within practice.
  • Full ACA, ACCA or CA qualification.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
  • Confidence in managing client relationships.
  • A desire to add real value to clients and contribute to a positive team culture.
