  • Develop and execute calibration test plans to align with project objectives and deadlines.
  • Conduct calibration development work on dyno and machine platforms, including climatic testing.
  • Support the development and validation of emissions-critical systems, such as combustion systems, fuel injection equipment, air handling, and aftertreatment technologies.
  • Deliver calibration datasets covering base engine performance, emissions, and diagnostics for both engine and aftertreatment systems.
  • Collaborate with principal engineers to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and processes.
  • Document and present technical findings to stakeholders and support work packages within the company's New Product Introduction Process.
What You Will Bring:
  • Hands-on experience in engine calibration or dyno testing.
  • Strong knowledge of internal combustion engine fundamentals, emissions formation, and aftertreatment operation.
  • Familiarity with calibration tools, engine management systems, and data analysis methods.
  • Practical experience in running tests, troubleshooting, and managing calibration data.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team environment.
