If you answered yes, read on!We are looking for a full-time permanent MHE Trainer who can support, develop, and deliver all areas of training and development at our BT site in Lutterworth.Working hours for the role are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, but flexibility will be needed.The main part of your role will be MHE training; however, when there is no training sessions scheduled, you'll be expected to support the operation as needed.Pay, benefits and more:We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 (£24,000.00 base salary with a £6,000.00 trainer's allowance) per annum and 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).   • Ensure your own training accreditations are always kept up-to-date and audit checks are completed to ensure the safety instructors are up-to-date too
  • Train all staff on the relevant MHE and Manual Handling
  • Keep up to date with industry best practise and safety standards to assist the safety and site security manager to build robust safety training plans, so we consistently deliver a high level of safety training and to secure further line of business training requests
  • Ensure the training matrix is always updated
  • Responsible for building training programmes, as and when required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • A current MHE trainer qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT) and actively training on a recent and regular basis - consideration will also be given to extensively experienced MHE operators who hold valid licences and would like to undertake their trainer qualification
  • Previous warehouse experience and holder of Counterbalance, Reach Truck, VNA licences
  • Flexible in your approach to ensure business needs are met and exceeded, whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise and build strong working relationships at all levels
