- Lead the Client Needs Analysis, to understand the prospective customers HR and T&A processes, business requirements and pain points.
- Collaborating with Sales teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of the software to meet the customer’s needs.
- Configuring demonstration environments to meet the requirements of the customer demonstration and being responsible for coordinating the maintenance of demonstration environments.
- Assisting in the preparation of responses to Requests for Statement of Works (SOWs), ensuring all functional requirements are addressed. Supporting on the completion of Security Questionnaires where relevant knowledge is required.
- Create digital content for the WFM products, such as video content and interactive demonstration tools using Sales Enablement tools.
- Key stakeholder on product launches, understanding the new features in releases and working closely with Product Management to relay customer feedback
- Coaching of Solutions Consultants and Solutions Associates within the team
- Lead with functional projects as and when required
- Providing technical leadership within the team. Being the voice of authority on technical problems and proposed solutions ensuring best practice is followed
- Ensuring the consultants are aware of any upcoming product changes or information that may impact their work
- Involvement and/or ownership of wider business projects and solution building to provide a voice of authority from a technical perspective and ensuring best practice is adhered to
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactively identifies problems, challenges the norm and drives improvement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Decisive, articulate and accountable; builds effective relationships quickly and comfortable making decisions.
- A motivated ideas person with a can-do attitude, an appetite for progression and “rising to the challenge” – a proven ability to learn new technology
- Highly organised and can juggle multiple tasks and projects with ruthless prioritisation with little or no supervision.
- experience within Commercial sector related to T&A
- previous Solutions (pre-sales) experience or experience of working with T&A software at a technical level
