The VacancyWPS are seeking a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs services across social housing properties in the Crawley area.🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the responsive repairs team
  • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of repair works
  • Conduct site visits and office-based coordination
  • Monitor performance, compliance, and health & safety standards
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues
👷 Requirements
  • SSSTS certification (minimum)
  • Proven experience in social housing repairs
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work across site and office environments
  • Must live locally to Crawley
  • Full UK driving licence
🌟 Desirable
  • Background in managing repairs within a social housing setting
  • Familiarity with housing management systems and reporting tools
