This brand-new facility features 12 purpose-built sound stages and is designed to support high-end TV, film, and commercial production.Studio Operations Administrator Role:As a Studio Operations Administrator, you'll be the vital central support for the studio operations team. You'll assist with day-to-day production and client needs, ensuring efficient workflows and outstanding service across the site.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll coordinate with various internal teams including security, facilities, and stage management, whilst maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and tenants.Studio Operations Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and dispatch facilities requests via Salesforce
  • Coordinate with on-site teams including security and facilities
  • Track and order studio supplies and manage key distribution
  • Support lease tracking and weekend on-call schedules
  • Communicate site updates to tenants and production teams
  • Review invoices and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support studio signage, sustainability initiatives, and event planning
What They Are Looking For:Essential:
  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a production or facilities environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar workflow systems
  • Experience in TV, film, or media production environments
