· Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
· Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
· Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
· Support pupils with personal, social, and emotional development.
· Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals.Requirements:
· Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
· Understanding of SEN strategies and experience working with EHCPs.
· Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to learning support.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).What We Offer:
