They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their company. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised individual used to fast-paced environments and has solid experience managing projects in events, exhibitions,
or print production.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and maintain excellent working relationships
  • Book jobs into production and traffic work through production, and installation
  • Attend sites to oversee installation, instruct crews, and ensure successful delivery
  • Order project-related materials and hired equipment (e.g., display systems, AV gear, staging, etc. if required)
  • Assist in preparation of job cost estimates and assist in compiling client quotations
  • Track and manage project costs to ensure delivery within budget
  • Review supplier quotes and negotiate where appropriate to control costs
  • Maintain accurate financial records and work with the accounts team to support invoicing and profitability tracking
  • Resolve practical on-site and production-related issues quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure internal systems are kept up to date
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management within the events, exhibitions, signage, or large format print industry
  • Understanding of project costing and supplier cost management
  • A practical and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Confident working on-site with clients, suppliers, and installers
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, installation processes, and hired equipment is desirable
  • Full UK driving license preferred (due to occasional travel to event sites)
