- Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favorable agreements that support both growth and profitability in the automotive sector.
- Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the automotive industry, while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Regularly assess automotive market trends and competitor activities to position iCOMAT as a leader in composite materials for the industry.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated on emerging automotive trends and lightweight materials technology for continuous innovation.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the B2B automotive or manufacturing sector, with specific knowledge of advanced composites or lightweight materials.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Business Development Expertise: Strong understanding of automotive market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
- Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for building long-term partnerships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools for tracking sales activities and business development metrics.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel for business engagements.
