📄 Contract: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
💰 Rate: £18ph - £20ph (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: Full Time | Mon-Fri | 10am-6pmWhat You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, driving employee engagement across programmes
  • Own and resolve client queries, working closely with frontline customer service
  • Understand client goals and tailor support to meet their needs
  • Create and edit content for campaigns and engagement initiatives
  • Host calls and webinars to educate clients on programme usage
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to boost engagement
  • Collaborate with the London-based Account Director to deliver outstanding results
What You'll Bring:
  • 3-5 years' experience in Client Success, Support, or Relationship Management
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Proactive mindset with great problem-solving skills
  • Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities with ease
  • A love for learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment
