Nursery PractitionerLocation: BrightonPay: £13.70 – £21.50 per hourContract Type: full-timeWe are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Nursery Practitioner to join one of the wonderful early years settings we support in Brighton. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner seeking flexible working options or a newly qualified professional aiming to gain more hands-on experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing and engaging early years environment.In this role, you will provide a safe, stimulating, and supportive space for young children, helping them develop essential early learning skills and ensuring they thrive in their early years education.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children’s development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor children’s progress and support their individual learning needs.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support children’s well-being and growth.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent). QTS desirable.
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Current DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply.
