Role: Field Sales Manager
Location: Bracknell, London - remote

With 13 depots across the country, we deliver expert service 24/7, 365 days a year.As part of a trusted global corporation, we offer customers the confidence that comes with world-class support and service excellence.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the London region, driving revenue growth and improving profitability for our Bracknell depot and surrounding locations.This is a key role where you’ll be the face of SLD Pumps & Power to both new and existing customers—building lasting relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and helping us grow.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building strong, value-driven relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with depot teams and internal service centres
  • Continuously developing knowledge of our products and applications
  • Using our CRM and sales systems to stay ahead of customer needs
  • Ensuring profitability on all orders through smart commercial management
  • Promoting the SLD Pumps & Power brand and related services across the region
  • Reporting on activity, sales progress, and customer engagement
  • Supporting timely payment collection for services rendered
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven field sales experience—ideally in construction or plant hire
  • Familiarity with power solutions (generators, solar, battery storage) is a plus
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
