Enabling the buyers and buying department to function efficiently.✨Role Key ResponsibilitiesCompetitor analysis and competitor shopping reportsTrend researchSupporting the administrative requirements of the buyersOrder management, including loading orders onto and maintaining the range plan, placing purchase orders, and confirming orders with brands and suppliersManaging the critical path of the product from purchase to delivery and on sale to sell outMonitoring and reviewing the accuracy of product onlineTracking, receiving, logging and maintaining the sample libraryQC and sample fit sessionsCreating packs and trend boardsPreparing reports, updating spreadsheets and databasesLiaising with brands and suppliers dailyBeing the first point of contact for the warehouseBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with brandsAssisting other departments with product and brand related enquiriesWorking with other departments to ensure the brands and products are presented in the best way (photography, marketing)Managing the SKU exception processAbout YouAbout You✨Skill & CompetenciesPrevious administrative experienceProficient in ExcelAbility to work to deadlinesStrong work ethicExcellent communicatorPositive attitudeStrong organisational and interpersonal skillsBe able to work well as part of a dynamic teamA keen interest in sports and fashion, as well as knowledge of sports and fashion productAbout UsAt MandM, our employees are driven by a shared commitment to excellence and making a real impact in the industry.
