SloughEnterprise Academy is seeking a dedicated and proactive Safeguarding Assistant to join our team at a mainstream secondary academy.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the safeguarding and pastoral team in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all studentsActing as a first point of contact for safeguarding concerns and referralsMaintaining accurate records in line with safeguarding policies and proceduresWorking closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to provide effective supportWe are looking for someone who:Has a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young peopleCan communicate effectively and maintain confidentialityIs organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressureHas previous experience in a safeguarding, pastoral, or education setting (desirable)Why Join Us?Be part of a supportive and collaborative teamWork in a vibrant and diverse secondary academyOpportunities for training and developmentAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
