  • Assisting and taking control of breakfast service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast
  • Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast
  • Answer and Support all restaurant FOH queries
  • Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean and hygienic and all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
  • Ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
  • Ensure any anticipated issues are communicated promptly to the F&B Manager
  • Attend training courses as and when required
  • Assist with stock take and orders when required
  • Assisting with lunch service as required
  • Hours of work are normally 5.30am to 12.30pm
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • The ability to manage various sections of the kitchen, whilst ensuring health & safety standards are met
  • To be flexible in your approach, and able to assist any other members of the kitchen brigade when required
  • Someone who is passionate about food and willing to learn
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Someone looking to develop their Chef skills and wanting to progress
  • Ability to handle pressure calmly and professionally.
