The post holder will be based across various NEPTS stations within Derbyshire and will be responsible for ensuring that they provide all elements of leadership and support to their staff teams. Contributes to the management of project risks.Identifies training needs within staff base and liaises with clinical and non-clinical education to ensure release of staff to meet the individual training needs.Supports the maintenance of the highest standards of professional conduct and patient care within the Trust.Makes use and reacts to KPI monitoring information and instigates appropriate remedial or developmental action to improve service delivery where necessary.Ensures suitable and effective risk management practices are implemented and adhered to in order to achieve high standards of governance, optimise the use of resources and achieve corporate objectives.Establishes appropriate communication links that reflect the needs of staff, purchasers and patients, developing and encouraging a culture of participation and involvement.
