- 1st and 2nd line support/troubleshooting of IT-related incidents from in-house software to hardware such as iPhones, iPads, Laptops, Macs and Printers
- Troubleshoot basic network issues
- Log all calls in the Service Delivery tool
- To maintain a high degree of customer service to our user base and remote workforce for all support queries, and adhere to all service management principles
- Ensure the delivery of a highly reliable, available and responsive support solution
- Perform new hardware and software implementations
- IT project support – including working with project teams to ensure a successful transition to operations
- Maintaining an Asset Database and tracking changes
- Basic Active Directory tasks such as creating user accounts, resetting passwords, creating groups, etc.
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration and configuration
- To document and maintain IT procedures and user instructions
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships across the company and other family office entities.

- Continuous improvement – taking the initiative to identify and implement improvements to products, services and processes.

- Hands-on experience in a busy IT Service Desk environment – managing user expectations and communications
- Interest and knowledge of the IT industry and its latest developments
- Solid, proficient problem diagnosis skills in a range of system types or applications. Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot problems on a variety of systems and applications.
- Understanding, Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls and wireless networking
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems with an emphasis on Windows 11
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Admin
- Experience with using and troubleshooting the Office 365 suite
- Exposure to Windows Server
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure
- An understanding of ITIL
- Experience in supporting Apple devices, iPhones, iPads, and Macs
- Driven and committed individual with a focus on quality and developing oneself
- Ability to think creatively and devise innovative solutions to difficult problems
- Teamwork with non-IT personnel and the ability to complement cross-functional projects.
- Microsoft Certifications are desirable
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. Epicor) is desirable
- Working Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
- Rotating on call shift pattern on Weekends - 1 in every 4 weeks - Additional renumeration provided
