- Expert in brand tone of voice and creative copywriting for all brands and CR, through-the-line
- Develop exceptional ideas and write engaging, inspiring and on-brand copy for all channels, especially social
- Ownership of creative copy, ensuring delivery of compelling and differentiating on-brand copy for daily, weekly and seasonal campaigns
- Inspire others to find innovative and creative ways to bring Corporate Responsibility themes (and the TK and Homesense brands) to life
- Responsible for the day-to-day creation and timely delivery of work to briefs
- Forms peer groups to influence informally and formally inside and outside The Creative Team
- Leads and delivers on core projects from concept creation to proofing final assets, while being responsible for all moving parts
- Takes ownership and is autonomous over projects
- Create strong work that has an impact on the business growth and market share
- Puts the brand and customer at the heart of copy development process
- Working closely with the Creative Manager to develop and define differentiating and compelling copy and content
- Innovate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of other brands and competitors, especially in the Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability space
- Work closely with the other copywriters, and Brand & Marketing partners, ensuring a consistent and optimised omnichannel approach to all activity, including, but not limited to, working closely with the Brand team, Loyalty, Social Media, PR and Digital Media teams that sit within the core Brand & Marketing function
- Takes ownership of processes and is aware of commercial impact on business
- Finds creative solutions to creative problems
- Contribute to the definition and development of copy style and technical guidelines
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- In conjunction with managers, learn, analyse and assess results of campaigns against business objectives to inform future work

- Support the development of junior copywriters within the team
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with the TJX Core Brand and Marketing team, E-commerce teams and business functions to help facilitate the TJX omni-channel vision

- Copy professional with qualification and experience in creative writing, journalism and retail
- Experience with social media and content creation essential
- Established within a creative copy team as a senior copywriter
- A creative thinker and idea generator with strong creative copywriting skills
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Positive, creative and influential
- Excellent command of English language and eye for detail
- Background in digital marketing advantageous
- Passionate interest in fashion and homeware
- Experience working on Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability valued highly
